1. About this website

PI Boards is an informational website presenting products and company news. It does not allow visitors to buy, order, or pay for products online. Availability, purchase, delivery, and warranty matters are handled by the distributor or retailer with whom the buyer enters into a transaction.

2. Information you submit to us

Browsing public pages does not require you to enter personal information. If you submit the Contact form, we receive your name, email address, reason for contacting us, and message. The Partners form receives the information you enter, which may include company, country, contact person, email, phone, website, and free-text details. Information about an identifiable individual can be personal data even when provided in a business context.

3. Technical information

The website may process technical connection data and hosting logs to deliver the service, diagnose errors, and protect the website. The hosting provider’s identity and log-retention period depend on its configuration. Contact and Partners form submissions are sent to the company email address through Resend.

4. Purposes

We use submitted information to reply to messages, consider partnership inquiries, and operate and secure the website. We measure website use through Google Analytics only if you consent. We do not use these forms to complete online sales and do not sell personal data. The company must determine and document the legal ground applicable to inquiries under the laws that apply; optional analytics are based on consent, which you can withdraw through cookie settings.

5. Service providers, transfers, and retention

The website uses Resend to send email, Google Analytics only after consent, and locally hosted font files. These providers may process information using infrastructure in countries other than the country where you are located. We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related follow-up, then delete or anonymize them unless further retention is required or needed for legal claims. Provider locations, actual transfers, contractual safeguards, and precise retention periods must be confirmed against the relevant accounts and contracts.

6. Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on the law that applies and where you are located, you may request access, correction, or deletion, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To make a request, use the Contact page and include “Privacy” in your message. The website is presented under the PI Boards brand; this notice still needs the correct legal entity operating the website and an official privacy contact.
